Our guiding belief

About Us

Technology with a human purpose.

Based in Haines City, Florida, The Techren Foundation, Inc. works to ensure that technology is a bridge — not a barrier. We bring hands-on learning, mentorship, and practical resources to the people who need them most.

From a student writing their first line of code to a grandparent video-calling family for the first time, we believe every milestone matters. Together with volunteers, educators, and local partners, we are building a more connected and capable community.

  • Our Mission

To expand equitable access to technology and digital education so that every person can learn, work, and participate fully in modern life.

  • Our Vision

A community where no one is left behind by the digital world — where curiosity is nurtured and every learner has a path to opportunity.

  • Our Values

Inclusion, integrity, and impact. We meet people where they are, partner with purpose, and measure success by lives changed.

Our Approach

A simple, community-first model.

  1. 1

    Listen

We start by understanding the specific challenges facing families, schools, and seniors in our area.

  2. 2

    Equip

We provide devices, connectivity guidance, and learning materials tailored to each participant.

  3. 3

    Teach

Trained volunteers and educators deliver hands-on, encouraging instruction at every skill level.

  4. 4

    Sustain

We stay connected through mentorship and follow-up so progress continues long after a class ends.
